Dr Christoph Semff-Castell

Christoph mainly advises private and public clients on all administrative law issues in connection with the realisation of construction projects and the implementation of complex approval procedures for major projects. He specialises in advising on construction planning, building regulations and environmental law (in particular immission control law, recycling management, waste law) as well as general administrative and constitutional law. Christoph also specialises in advising on public procurement law, in particular in connection with the enforcement of bidders' rights.
